Ability to download any site as Markdown

In addition to NotebookLM, a lot of people might be using SiYuan, Evernote, other knowledge management tools that would benefit from the ability to download any site into markdown format - and route it to a specific folder (they often have dedicated folders for ingesting new content). At the same time, there’s other AI tools, such as Merlin, Deepseek etc. that don’t have existing integrations for loading into NotebookLM. Having the ability to download or directly upload any site into markdown, would be highly beneficial. I’m sometimes doing to - as to get output from these sites into a PKMS or NotebookLM

A way to contact support as a feature!

I bought this product 30 mins to 1 hour ago, and I see no indication that I’m registered even though my bank reports the charge. There’s no way to contact you! I’m finding this aggrevating. Please reflect my account as pro/paid. Thank you!

Sync a Google Drive Folder with a NotebookLM Notebook

Connect a Google Drive folder to a notebook in Kaptex. When you add a file to the Drive folder, it automatically appears as a source in NotebookLM. Useful for teams or workflows where documents are shared via Drive but need to live in NotebookLM for synthesis.

Save Twitter/X Threads to NotebookLM

Click the Kaptex button on any Twitter/X thread to capture the full thread as a structured source in NotebookLM — similar to how Reddit thread capture works today. Threads are formatted so NotebookLM can actually process and cite them.

Kaptex for Firefox, Edge, Brave, and Arc

Kaptex is currently Chrome-only. This tracks support for Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Arc — so researchers on any browser can use it. Firefox in particular has a significant share of developer and privacy-conscious users who use NotebookLM.

Add an RSS or Podcast Feed as a NotebookLM Source

Paste an RSS feed URL and Kaptex will pull the latest articles or episodes into your notebook — on demand or on a schedule. Useful for following a newsletter, blog, or podcast series as a research source without copying links one by one.

Move or Copy Sources from One Notebook to Another

Select one or more sources from a notebook in the Kaptex side panel and copy or move them to a different notebook — without touching NotebookLM itself. Useful when a source you saved to one project turns out to belong in another, or when you want to build a new notebook seeded from an existing one.

Duplicate Any Shared or Featured NotebookLM Notebook

When someone shares a NotebookLM notebook with you — or when you open a Featured/public notebook — you can view it, but you can't add new sources, generate infographics, create Audio Overviews, or run Studio tools. Kaptex will add a "Duplicate to my account" button that clones the notebook into your own NotebookLM so you own it fully. Add sources, generate content, and build on top of what was shared.

Import a Full YouTube Playlist to NotebookLM

Select any YouTube playlist and send every video to a NotebookLM notebook at once. No more opening videos one by one. Ideal for lecture series, course content, conference talks, or research playlists. Kaptex already supports single YouTube videos — this extends it to entire playlists in one action.
